"You are too tired. Take a nap. When you wake up, everything will be resolved." The boy's usually cold voice was filled with a bit of bewitching tenderness. His warm fingertips stroked his eyes, like a light lullaby in the spring breeze. This was Max's last memory before he fell into a deep sleep.

His consciousness seemed to fall into the sea, floating up and down with the ocean currents. All the sounds around him were separated by an invisible film of water. The chaotic footsteps and uneasy sighs were very blurry and noisy. Max felt his body being lifted up and put down, and there was something hard and cold under him. He stretched out his hand with all his strength, towards the sunlight shining through the sea.

Max suddenly opened his eyes, his whole body was sweaty, and he took a deep breath, it was like he had just been fished out of the water. As his consciousness gradually returned, he observed the surrounding environment, it was a closed room, but it looked familiar.

"You, you're awake."

A voice said in a slightly panicked tone.
