There are no adjustments to Frozen Heart's health, defense, and damage, only one skill has been changed.
The second skill, Snow Pull, has been changed from being able to only connect to enemy monsters to now also being able to connect to friendly monsters.
When the enemy monster is connected to the Heart of Ice and Snow, it will be slowed down to a certain extent.
When the Heart of Ice and Snow is connected to a friendly monster, the movement speed of both yourself and the friendly monster will be increased for a short period of time.
This adjustment can be said to have greatly improved the survivability of Heart of Ice and Snow.
