Spencer leaned against the door, smiling while watching Avery being taken away by the doctor.
Turning his head, he saw Luca.
After Luca left Avery’s ward, he went downstairs.
Instead of leaving immediately, he sat in the car and lit a cigarette.
He didn’t smoke before and didn’t have this habit.
