There are two things Elara has to do at the core:
First, continue to look for the possibility of curing Spencer. Although there is no way at present, Elara believes that technology is constantly improving.
Second, Elara wants to give birth to a baby for Spencer. If his life is destined to be short, she wants to make his life complete.
The first thing is not something that can be done in a moment. It takes time and opportunity.
