The vehicle that hit and killed my father was a container truck loaded with cargo.

He shouldn't have taken that road that day, but my mother's birthday was a few days later, and he went to order a cake for her. On the way back, he wanted to take a shortcut, so he took a road he wouldn't normally take.

And that's when the accident happened.

He was driving normally on his battery, when a truck behind him suddenly had a flat tire and lost control, hitting him from behind. The truck was overloaded by more than 20 tons, with a load limit of 50 tons. The driver was fully responsible, but the insurance company refused to pay compensation on the grounds that the contract stipulated that "no compensation will be paid for illegal or unauthorized transportation of vehicles."

The driver bought his car with a loan and said that money is not his life, and if he really can't take it, he should be put in jail.
