Miaochen is a close disciple of Master Xuanming. Due to his frailty, he was abandoned by his family when he was still in his infancy. Master Xuanming, who was out traveling, heard his cry and picked him up from the grass on the roadside. From then on, he took him by his side and raised him. He also tried his best to heal his body. He was called master and disciple, but his relationship was better than that of father and son. The monks in Bodhi Temple also like this well-behaved and sensible child very much.
He had been missing for three or four days in a row, and everyone was worried. They searched the mountains day and night for fear that he would be picked up by wild animals for his fun. Master Xuanming even sacrificed his face to ask for help from the nobles who came to worship the Buddha, hoping to get his young disciple back as soon as possible. Unexpectedly, the little disciple was not lost, but was murdered.
Seeing the cold body being carried by a monk, Master Xuanming's mind went blank, and everyone onlookers were also stunned. The child's naked and bruised body was covered with various pinch marks, strangulation marks, knife wounds, whip wounds, and even tooth marks. A bloody hole was bitten through in the neck. The tragic situation made people dare not look directly at it. And it is not difficult to imagine the cruel treatment he suffered during his lifetime.
Xuan Ming staggered as if he was about to faint after just one glance.
The monk holding the corpse gritted his teeth, his face was ferocious, and he was obviously filled with hatred to the extreme. He choked and said, "Return to Master, the little junior brother is indeed lying under the prince's bed, sedated with lime and ice. It looks like he has been dead for three or four years." Oh my god."
