There were a lot of worries hidden in her heart, and Elias felt that she had to eat something to calm down, so she took out the walnut cake wrapped in oil paper in her arms and nibbled it in small bites. The sound of chewing was endless, like a little mouse hiding in the house, making it difficult to concentrate.
The young man endured it again and again, but finally couldn't hold it back any longer and waved to call Elias over.
Elias walked to the desk and muttered vaguely while chewing something, "What are your orders, Master?"
The young man saw that the corner of his mouth was stained with cake crumbs, and helplessly wiped it off for him, "You are not allowed to eat such cakes in the study in the future, do you hear me?"
"I heard it." Elias nodded obediently and then asked, "Then what can I eat?"
