The sound of water flowing not far away came, and the smell of sand filled the nose. Kendrick Xi's eyelashes trembled. He overcame the strong fatigue and struggled to open his eyes.
His brain had not yet woken up from the chaos, and he stared blankly at everything around him.
The fallen stone slabs, the shattered furnishings, the bloody NPCs beside them, and the food crops scattered in the gaps all conveyed a message - this place is in ruins.
Kendrick Xi's arm was injured twice. He struggled to get up and stood on the highest point of the ruins, looking around.
Within a few hundred meters, there was the same desolate scene, with all the buildings stacked on the ground in broken shapes.
