The snow tornado eventually dissipated, and peace returned to the mountains. The monsters that had been hiding deep in the snow crawled out to look for food.
A snow fox jumped out, shook off the snow on its body, and sniffed the air for prey.
Suddenly, it stopped, lowered its head suspiciously and sniffed the snow, then as if it was sure, it quickly dug the snow with its front paws, and soon the buried man was revealed.
The man was still alive, but his breath was very weak and completely non-threatening. Just as it was about to end the life of its prey in one bite and enjoy a delicious meal.
A slight sound of breaking air was heard, the snow fox's ears moved, and it quickly leaped forward, but was still hit in the hind leg by the arrow.
