The Sutra Repository has a total of nine floors.
The first floor is open to the public, but going to the second floor requires permission from the Pavilion Master, otherwise no one is allowed to go up.
Because Sebastian Qin had made great contribution in saving the Drunken Demon, he was specially allowed to go below the ninth floor.
