The day when my birthday arrived was uneventful.
The sun was still high, and a few rays of dazzling light shone right on his eyes through the unarranged blackout curtains, burning his skin.
Grover reflexively closed his eyes, turned over, and casually touched the bed beside him.
I haven't felt it yet.
Something wrong suddenly flashed in Grover's mind. His body stiffened and he sat up straight.
