The sun was shining brightly, and there was a hint of warmth in the air. The wooden suspension bridge suspended a hundred meters in the air and the rushing river that used to make one break out in a cold sweat seemed to be less chilly under the sunshine.
The two people who were hugging on the bridge soon separated. The return journey was easier than the outward journey because there was a guide in front.
Adrian Ming walked in front, with one hand stretched behind his back, holding Nathan Liang's hand. He would take the next step only after the other person took a step forward.
When I first got on the bridge, I was still mentally building up because my legs and feet were weak. Now my mind was completely focused on another person, like a skilled veteran.
When the bridge shook too violently, he subconsciously stopped, looked back at Nathan Liang's progress, and waited until the wooden bridge was stable before moving on. The face facing the camera was delicate and fair, his hair was dyed golden by the sunlight, and his expression was serious, focused and careful, as if he was carrying out some important mission.
