The assistant's eyes widened and he could no longer sit still. He stood up and stood aside holding his laptop.
After a few seconds of pause, he raised his head cautiously and asked tentatively: "Boss Pei, are you not working overtime today?"
Peter closed the contract, put the pen aside, and left the office without looking back.
"No."
After walking a few steps, Peter stopped again.
