Jake was already very angry when he saw Alex and Emily standing together. After eavesdropping for a few minutes and finding out that Alex had softened his heart towards this woman again, he became even angrier.
He felt that he was just being disappointed in Xiao Xie, and that his temper and scolding of Xiao Xie was all for Xiao Xie's own good.
He felt that he was particularly right.
But when Alex got angry and wanted to leave, he didn't care who was right and rushed over to keep her.
His words were so harsh that Alex was really angry to begin with, but when he came up to her so shamelessly, she couldn't get angry anymore.
