The beauty of April has faded, and the night in the mountain village is as cool as water.
Emily's husband brought a coat over, nodded politely to Alex, gave the coat to Emily, and said, "I'll boil some water, you can soak your feet when you go back later."
Emily put on the coat with a smile, and muttered, "You treat me like a child." The person in charge of the foundation smiled kindly at Alex and walked away, obviously not caring about his predecessor's identity.
Alex said: "Your husband is a good man, you two are a good match."
Emily said with a smile: "What do you mean by suitable? When he was pursuing me, his friends said he was crazy. Later, I agreed to him, and my girlfriends thought I was confused. No one thought we were suitable. You are the first one to say so."
