Ben wanted to beat his brother, but Chi Lidong tried to stop him. Jake howled and talked back.
It was a complete chaos.
Ben's brother-in-law heard the commotion outside and put on his clothes and came out. He didn't know how lively it was until he saw it. He asked Ben excitedly, "Is your brother in trouble again?"
Jake and Chi Lidong left Ben's house in disgrace.
Jake was humiliated and embarrassed in front of his brother-in-law. He always made fun of his brother-in-law for being a sissy, but he just cried like a young widow whose husband had just died.
