My boyfriend has lost his memory and thinks I'm a fake. What should I do?

As the title says. After he woke up, he was still unsure of my identity. No matter what I said, he didn't believe me. And now he doesn't want to make love with me, saying that he doesn't want to let me down.
How can I explain it so that he will believe me?
