David Ringo: "Vladimir, you have to understand that I am just a legitimate businessman. I purchased arms for my own use. I did not pursue their withdrawal. They were behind the scenes, which is beyond my ability."
Vladimir: "I understand that this has nothing to do with you. We are trustworthy. You are our customer. We will be responsible for anything that happens and will hold you accountable to the end."
After thinking about it, Vladimir did not forget to remind him again.
