Two months later, he was completely different.
If we follow the ancient practice methods, practice can be roughly divided into four steps: [refining essence into qi], [refining qi into spirit], [refining spirit into emptiness], and [refining emptiness into harmony with the Tao].
Now, he has moved from the threshold of refining essence into qi to the step of refining qi into spirit.
Refining Qi and transforming it into spirit is a level that the extremely talented elders of the main line of the Li family have managed to achieve after accumulating skills for dozens or even hundreds of years and spending their entire lives.
This is Maitreya’s current level.
