Jaxton was right, the introduction class was about to begin.
Lacey didn’t want to be late. She took Jaxton’s wrist, pulled him forward, and confided to him: “Jaxton, I have encountered something that makes me feel uncomfortable, would you like to listen?”
Jaxton replied warmly: “What’s the matter? You can speak directly.”
Lacey turned to look at Lennon. There were grievances in her eyes, and the swaying water. But my brother looked at her for a moment, turned around and left.
From Lacey’s perspective, his brother’s classmates quickly followed him, and everyone’s backs became farther and farther away, gradually disappearing into the stairs.
