The breath is lingering.

It was almost one o'clock in the morning when Joseph returned to Daniel's house, but he was not very sleepy yet. Cats are nocturnal animals. He took a bath and jumped onto the big bed, still very conscious.

He saw two tubes of ointment on the bedside table, saying that they should be used every day, but in fact he had only used them twice because he was lazy. He just saw the ointment and suddenly thought of the k!ss in the car.
