Alex picked up his father at the airport. Lou Hongye flew in from Australia. He has a spodumene mine in Western Australia, and it is summer there.
He didn't have any luggage, just a coat and got on the plane. When he came out of the airport, he was hit by the heavy snow outside, which made him feel cold all over.
He stepped on the snow with one foot deep and one foot shallow, and his socks were instantly wet. Alex rolled down the window and beeped at him twice: "Dad! Here."
Before Lou Hongye got into the car, he saw that the paint on the hood of Alex's car was scratched and the bumper was crooked.
"You're still driving this broken car?" He closed the door, pulled out a blanket from the back seat, and wrapped it tightly around himself. "Your dad will pick you a new one tomorrow. What kind of car do you want? A supercar?"
