When they arrived at Alex's house, he brought Luke a pair of cotton slippers that he had never worn: "Come upstairs with me and pick out a coat."
His room was well heated, so Alex took off his fur coat.
Luke cast a glance over. He usually saw Alex dressed very handsomely, but he never expected him to buy this kind of clothes.
Alex seemed to notice his gaze, touched his nose and said, "I didn't buy the clothes. I don't have such a rustic aesthetic. My father made them. He went hunting in Siberia with others more than ten years ago. There happened to be two bears fighting, and he dragged the bodies back."
He said, "I don't usually wear it, but it's too cold today." He took Luke upstairs, his tone a little aggrieved, "And I'm sick. I rarely get sick. I'm in great shape and strong, you know."
