Hearing the sound of Carter from the ward, Bella’s body shook, and he took out a few cosmetics to hide the haggard on his face.
She took a deep breath and tried to squeeze out a sweet smile and pushed open the door of the ward.
“Carter, I just heard a funny joke, do you want to hear it?”
