There is a sense of tranquility and quietness in the bamboo forest. In the evening breeze, the straight bamboo branches rustle. Occasionally, when the wind is a little stronger, bamboo leaves as big as a child's palm are blown off from the branches, still with a hint of green.
Deep in the bamboo forest, there is a thatched-roofed square hut. This hut looks simple and rustic, but it is actually located in the Feng Shui center of half of the academy. Surrounded by bamboo forests, the wind blows from time to time. There is a natural clear stream winding beside it, and small stones at the bottom can be seen at a glance, which is called water rising.
If you enter this simple hut, you can see that there are a number of precious musical instruments on display. Gold, jade, bamboo and stone flutes and shakuhachi are hung all over one wall, and various stringed instruments such as yaoqin, yueqin, liuqin, konghou are also placed in the four corners. From the room where the musical instruments are placed, go one room further inside, and you can see the man in green clothes who is sitting on the futon with his eyes closed.
In the bamboo forest of Qinglong Academy, the very center of Qinglong Academy, there is no other species except Gongyi Bamboo that has inherited the legacy of old Qinglong.
His bamboo hut looked flimsy and shabby, with almost no shelter, only a low mountain at the back for support, and no outer wall at all.
