But the Chidori Sharp Spear is a ninjutsu move carefully developed by Rogue. In terms of control level, it far exceeds the photon energy emitted by Captain Marvel Carol.
With his exquisite control, Rogue used the Chidori Sharp Lance, which only has thunder attributes, to block Captain Marvel's attack.
