"Brother, brother..."
Raymond Ruan turned his head hurriedly when he heard the sound, and met a pair of moist and shining light brown eyes.
He stretched out his hand and held the child's too-slender hand, holding back the astringency in his throat, with a gentle smile on his face, "I'm here."
The child's eyes seemed to be a little brighter, and the two shallow dimples on his cheeks appeared again. His fingers trembled hard, and when the soft fingers finally touched the back of his hand, Satisfied and motionless. Those wet eyes stared at him, and the furry eyebrows wrinkled slightly, begging like a puppy:
"Brother, don't leave..."
