As night fell, the two finally walked out of the valley and reunited with the Flying Dragon Guards who had come to look for them. Nolan Yan lifted Adrian Fu onto his horse, and the two rode together. The Flying Dragon Guards personally escorted him back to Youlan Villa.
When they arrived outside the gate of the villa, the guards stopped and Nolan Yan also dismounted here. He handed him back to Yi Siming and others who had hurried over, and gave them a few additional instructions such as paying attention to the wound and applying medicine in time, and then he was ready to ride away.
His figure was immersed in the night and dim lights, his outline was particularly deep, and his face looked particularly haggard. Adrian Fu felt extremely guilty and felt very sorry. Logically, since they had gone through so many difficulties to send him back, they should at least invite them in to rest and have some tea. But both parties knew that they were sheltering the fugitive descendants of the Jin family. If they let the Flying Dragon Guards in, it would be like sending a sheep into the tiger's mouth. All the previous efforts would be in vain.
"No need to see you off, take a good rest." Nolan Yan held the reins, seemed to understand his guilt, and smiled gently, "I still have official business to attend to, so I won't disturb you. Mr. Fu, take care of yourself, and see you in the capital someday."
Adrian Fu raised his hand to bid him farewell, and watched the Flying Dragon Guard disappear at the end of the mountain road. Turning around, he found Yi Siming folding his arms, staring at him thoughtfully, and making sarcastic remarks: "Tsk tsk tsk, it's only been a short time since we met, and you're already reluctant to leave? Look at the eagerness in your eyes, you wish I could tie you to my belt and follow you around. What a promising person."
