The harbor of Mosia is filled with large ships.
Not all of these ships are heading across the Sea of Death to the Western Continent. Most of them are engaged in various trades with the Eastern Continent along the coastline. After all, the cost of sea transportation is cheaper than land transportation, and many cities can directly reach each other's ports and deliver goods directly, which is quite convenient.
The ships that cross the Sea of Death are all large, sturdy ships. On the one hand, they have to face possible huge waves at sea, and on the other hand, they have to protect themselves from possible attacks.
The reason why the Sea of Death is called the Sea of Death is that there are countless sea beasts living in this sea. Some of them are gentle, but some are violent and will attack passing ships. Therefore, there are usually masters on board the ships crossing the Sea of Death.
There are different masters stationed on different ships. The lowest one is the grandmaster. Having a grandmaster on board can basically deal with the attacks of earth-level or lower sea beasts, but if they encounter higher-level sky-level sea beasts, they will have no choice but to fight back.
