As the capital, Xinglan City is an independent municipality directly under the Central Government. Its area is at least ten times that of an ordinary city. It has a large population and is extremely prosperous. It can be said to be the most prosperous city in the world, bar none!
Even the major prosperous cities in the Western Continent pale in comparison to Xinglan City.
When Jack walked out of the airport, he saw Tang Moyu, wearing sunglasses, standing not far from the exit waiting for him.
Jack walked out of the door, and Tang Moyu came up to him with a smile. He hugged Jack and k!ssed him on the face without caring about the gazes of the people around him.
