"Fcuk!" Noah tore off his clothes and cursed, "Are you crazy?"

Xu Ren was still struggling to carry Noah. As soon as Noah finished speaking, the two of them fell on the bed together. Noah exhaled, looked at Xu Ren helplessly, and found that the person on top of him was still laughing foolishly.

"My goddess told me, I love you." Xu Ren raised his head and looked at him, smiling with a mouthful of big white teeth.

People in love are all fools. Noah decided not to bother with fools and pushed Xu Ren's head: "Get up, I don't sleep with other men."

Xu Ren was immersed in the words "I love you" and didn't hear the message in Noah's words. He pressed Noah to prevent him from moving, and pulled his hand to his chest: "Touch it, my heart is about to jump out."

Noah pulled his hand back without much interest: "First love?"

"Yeah! It's the first time someone told me, 'I love you', and it's the goddess I've liked for a long time!" Xu Ren was so happy that he pounded the bed, "I think I'm going crazy! I'm so excited that I want to run naked with those people! Is it the same when you hear the person you like say 'I love you' for the first time?"

Hearing this, Noah stared blankly at the ceiling, Xu Ren's slightly noisy voice kept ringing in his ears. After a while, Noah suddenly blurted out a dry sentence: "No."

Xu Ren didn't react: "Ah?"

He didn’t tell me, Noah thought.

Perhaps because the disappointment on Noah's face was too obvious, Xu Ren didn't understand what was going on, but he didn't dare to ask rashly. While he was still thinking, Noah had already pushed him away and stood up.

Only after both of them had washed up and were lying on the bed did Xu Ren, after turning over several times, call out to Noah into the darkness.

"Easy track."

"Um?"

Xu Ren asked carefully: "Are you in a bad mood?"

Noah said nothing.

"You have been here for almost nine months. In such a closed environment, it is easy for people to feel down and depressed. I have only been here for five months and I am already feeling a bit overwhelmed."

Noah smiled and said, "I don't see that you are depressed."

"I'm cheerful, but you're different. You don't like to talk." Xu Ren paused for a moment, then continued, "It was really dangerous for you to go out by yourself without saying a word today. When the rescue team told me how dangerous it was, my eyes turned red. Really, don't do this next time. If you're in a bad mood and want to go out for a walk, I'll accompany you, or at least tell us."

"Well, not anymore. Today is... a little special."

Noah wanted to explain, but he really didn't know where to start. Fortunately, Xu Ren was considerate and comforted him a few more times, saying: "It's okay. If you are still in a bad mood, go to the psychological counseling center and talk to them. You really can't keep it in here."

"Um."

When Xu Ren thought that today's conversation had come to an end, Noah suddenly asked: "Are you and your goddess together?"

Xu Ren was flattered. After he came to Antarctica, he lived with Noah. Although the two of them would talk and chat from time to time, he was always the one who took the initiative, and Noah never cared about his personal problems.

"We are together!" Xu Ren became excited again when he talked about this. "It really feels like a dream. I have never dared to confess to her. I always felt that I was not worthy of her. I didn't expect that she would confess to me."

Noah was silent for two seconds: "Not worthy?"

"Well, the difference between mortals and fairies."

"Congratulations then." Noah asked again, "Why is she your goddess?"

Xu Ren didn't care about Noah's abnormal behavior today, and continued to talk: "She is beautiful, and a very nice person. We were college classmates, and I thought she was very good in every way. Once I participated in a speech competition and she was sitting below. I was very nervous and forgot the words, but she smiled at me and raised her hand to applaud me gently. She was very gentle."

Xu Ren talked a lot more, and Noah listened patiently, occasionally responding and asking questions. Finally, Xu Ren asked: "What about you? You don't seem to have a girlfriend, but do you have someone you like?"

Noah asked, "How do you know?"

"I've never seen you call your girlfriend, but you often stare blankly and often look at your phone for a long time. That time I accidentally, really accidentally, saw you looking at the photo album, but I didn't see it clearly, it seemed to be a profile."

"Yes," Noah said after a moment of silence, "There is someone I like very much."

Xu Ren didn't know whether he should ask the next question, but it was rare that Noah seemed to open up a little to him that night, so he closed his eyes and thought, maybe he could just go for it and ask.

"Have you ever been together?"

"Um."

"So now we are...separated?"

Noah lay on his side, opened his eyes, and subconsciously touched something under the pillow.

Holding the cold card in his hand, he was silent for a while before he slowly said, "No, it's not considered a breakup."

They don't look like they are together, but they say they haven't broken up? Xu Ren pondered for a long time and felt that there must be a long story behind this. He knew his limits and didn't ask any more questions. He just sighed and said to this roommate who never got close to others: "I'm really curious about what kind of person you like."

Perhaps it was because of Xu Ren's words that Noah finally dreamed of Mason Xu again that night. At first, he was still looking at him intently, but then the scene suddenly changed, and it became Mason holding his collar with one hand, pulling him closer to him, and looking at him with a smile in his drunken eyes, asking: "Do you want to?"

Both of their breaths were hot, mixed together, and out of proportion.

Noah's eyes swept across Mason's eyes, nose, and finally mouth. His Adam's apple rolled, and he squeezed out a hoarse voice: "Are you drunk?"

Mason laughed and moved forward, getting closer to him, which made Noah feel dizzy and numb all over.

"Noah, today...if you miss this opportunity, you will miss it forever."

In the dream, he could not wait to k!ss her, with the eagerness, infatuation and passion of a young man.

In the darkness, Noah woke up and covered his heart with his hands.

On the 264th day in Antarctica, my heart still beats violently when I think of you.

After finishing the work in the laboratory, Mason drove back home at 1 a.m. He yawned, rubbed his red eyes, and turned the steering wheel to find a parking space. The bad thing about the old community is that no one cares about parking. In addition, more and more people have bought cars in recent years, and the original parking spaces in the yard have long been insufficient. Some people squeeze in wherever there is space, especially when everyone "returns home" at night, even the side roads in the community are crowded with cars.
