Many times Mason couldn't understand why some people would have such an unreasonable attitude - I don't want to do anything, I just want to see what you would do.
He was completely unprepared for this side of Rojer that was suddenly revealed. As he was stared at with a pair of eyes, his brain seemed to have gathered a bunch of broken parts, barely piecing together a creaking machine, struggling to operate his thoughts, but unable to keep up with this strange train of thought.
This was not the time to curse. Even in the incomprehensible logic, there was no word to curse him. Mason nodded calmly, but inside he was forcing the anger into five petals, and then squeezed it out of his body bit by bit.
"Then why do you do that?" he asked in a low voice.
Any behavior involves motivation. As long as the person is mentally normal, no one will target anyone for no reason.
