Because of the high fever, Aiden Xie slept unsteadily, his consciousness was groggy, half asleep and half awake, and his bones were aching. He always wanted to turn over, and then someone hugged him and put him in a softer and warmer place. Not long after, he felt a slight tingling on the back of his hand, and a vague voice floated into his ears: "Low immunity...overtired...need to rest..."
The light and warm duvet was pulled up to his chin, and most of his pale face was sunken into the pillow. Staying up late for a long time left dark blue spots under his eyes, and his eye bags and bags were almost merged into one, making him look particularly sick and haggard.
This state was much worse than before Lucas Huo left.
Lucas Huo carefully held his hand and laid it flat on the bed. Aiden Xie calmed down now, no longer struggling like he did in the car. The family doctor who rushed over finally breathed a sigh of relief, wiped the sweat from his forehead, and secretly despised the rich man's fussing. When Lucas Huo asked him to come, he had a look on his face that said "If you can't cure me, I'll bury you with me." If you didn't know, you would think the patient was going to die soon.
The doctor packed up his medicine box, and Lucas Huo motioned him to go out and talk. The two of them left the bedroom quietly and returned to the living room. Grace Fang and Zhong Heguang stood up from the sofa immediately and asked, "What's the situation?"
