April 5th, the eighth day after the dismemberment case and the first day after the Xu Daguang case, in the morning.

Owen had hardly slept the whole night. After returning from the staff quarters of Jiangzhou College, he took the time to study all the materials and videos related to Wang Yuanming and compiled a targeted investigation plan. When it was getting light, he took the time to sleep for a while. He came to the meeting room of the new criminal police building and smoked with several investigators.

Teng Pengfei, the captain of the Serious Crime Squad, walked into the meeting room, took the cigarette handed over by Owen, and said, "The eyes are bloodshot and the eye circles are dark. Did the detective stay up late last night?"
