The provincial department contacted Shannan Normal University. The university attached great importance to the matter and set up a leading group headed by the vice president in charge, adopting a loose-outside-tight-inside strategy to fully cooperate with the police action.

The police protection team consists of fifteen people, including experienced veteran criminal police, a technical investigation team and a sniper team.

After the meeting, Tian Tian and Owen went to Shannan Normal University. They drove into the garage of the teachers' building and took the elevator from the garage directly to the 17th floor where Wu Lili was.

Wu Lili is over 1.7 meters tall, almost the same height as Tian Tian. They have similar figures and hairstyles. Wu Lili prepared plain glasses and earrings for Tian Tian,   as well as a scarf that she often wears.
