"Book of Sui", Volume 69, "Biography of Wang Shao": At that time, during the KaiHenry Lao period of the Sui Dynasty, someone was bathing in the Henry Laofeng Spring and found two white stones with quite a lot of patterns... Among them, the large jade had the sun, the moon, and the stars... There were also two birds, one of which was a Quefei. The birds all had human faces, which is what "Baopuzi" called "live for thousands of years".

Volume 3 of the Inner Chapters of Baopuzi by Ge Hong of the Eastern Jin Dynasty: Birds that are a thousand years old and birds that are ten thousand years old all have human faces and bird bodies, and their longevity is as their name suggests.
