Maybe it was because the pressure accumulated before was too much and too heavy. The fever lasted for nearly a week, and Caleb Shi's temperature finally stopped rising to 38 degrees twice a day.
"Okay, all clear."
Blake Lin finally took the thermometer, looked at it carefully under the light, and breathed a sigh of relief: "If it gets worse, I will have to knock my deskmate unconscious and carry him to the hospital again."
Caleb Shi smiled: "It's okay."
"Yes." Blake Lin no longer thought about how he had been groggy with fever these past few days. He put the thermometer away and bent down to K!ss his forehead. "It was nothing."
