About ten minutes passed before the sound of staggering footsteps came from the door. The door opened and An Ning limped in. When she first saw Daxton Xu, she was startled, but soon Calmed down.
"Aren't you asleep yet? It's already very late." She smiled, reluctantly.
"Kaison Liu doesn't trust you and wants me to wait here." Daxton Xu also laughed, "Why are you coming back so late? Does it take so long to see a doctor?"
