Outside Guanbei City, a total of 571 workers from three factories including Lou's Brush Factory, Yang's Match Factory and Yongxing Candle Factory held a joint strike. At least half of the workers in the three factories participated in the strike.
Boss Yang of the match factory and Boss An of the candle factory are as anxious as ants on a hot pot. The factories are still pressed for orders. The longer the strike lasts, the greater the losses will be. They also thought that if these people's demands were not excessive, they would agree to it. However, when the strike representatives put forward the conditions, the two bosses could not nod at all.
Increase monthly wages to 25 yuan, three free meals, three sets of work clothes a year, and no more than 40 hours of work per week?
If they agree to this, they won't need to open the factory, they will just close it!
