Tim was awakened by a tiny twinge on the back of his head.

It was dark before his eyes, and something was clinging to him, depriving him of his sight. As his hearing returned, Tim heard the faint sound of waves, the hissing of old lamps, and...the sound of pages turning?

He immediately continued to pretend to be faint and continued to collect information.

The humid air smelled of salt and decay. This was an old house near the sea...perhaps some seafood had been stored there, or someone had died here. There was an orderly sound of turning the pages of a book not far away. This unknown person had a good reading habit. He read each word carefully before turning to the next page. Occasionally, there would be the rustling sound of the pen tip sliding on the paper, probably I'm taking notes in another notebook.

The book was closed and carefully placed on the wooden table. The seat was pulled open, and the heels of his shoes stepped on a few small patches of water on the ground. The man stood behind Robin who was tied to the chair. Tim could almost feel the cool breeze behind him.
