A wave of dark red energy hit the clown on the stage.
Amidst the screams of surprise from the audience, the green and purple group leader suddenly disappeared in full view, leaving only an ugly rag doll in his place. The original target disappeared, and the energy wave could only hit the stuffed toy instead, plowing the debris into the sky.
"Mom, is this the opening show?" A human cub sitting in the audience whispered, "It feels so different from what my friend said..."
"Maybe I changed it for the sake of freshness," the mother answered her daughter's question in a low voice, "Shh, keep your voice down, don't disturb others watching the show."
The girl next to them moved her shoulders slightly.
