Oriental Plaza,
Located at No. 1 East Chang'an Avenue, Oriental Plaza covers an area of 100,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 800,000 square meters. It is one of the largest commercial building complexes in Asia and a true "city within a city". It was jointly developed by Hong Kong-funded enterprises represented by Cheung Kong Holdings and Chinese-funded enterprises.
Cheung Kong Holdings is Li Ka-shing's industry. Ryan Chen does not have a good impression of Li Ka-shing, after all, it was he who proposed the common area.
Oriental Plaza is part of the Oriental Plaza shopping center. The total construction area of the project is about 130,000 square meters. It was officially opened at the end of 2001 and was one of the largest and most comprehensive shopping centers in Beijing at that time.
Due to the higher consumption threshold, the flow of people here is obviously less, and most of them are tourists who want to see the world.
