The first department refers to the Security and Risk Management Department, which is a new department at the same level as the Anti-Corruption and Integrity Case Group 6. The head of this department is Brandon Pang, who is secretly called the Cold-Faced Judge by the group. This department is above all companies, is affiliated with the group, and reports directly to the chairman.
The personnel composition is made up of absolutely reliable elites drawn from the Human Resources Department, Marketing Department, Legal Department, Century Network Shield and Security Team. The total number of personnel in the department is controlled at around 10 people. The staff is not large but elite, and each person has the ability to stand on his own and has corresponding personal connections.

This new department is mainly responsible for two aspects. If problems are found and the risk score is high, with the approval of the chairman, the person will be demoted to an ordinary employee or fired, regardless of their position or ability.
