Adrian Lee cooked a table of dishes. Compared with before when he was responsible for all the processes, now he only needs to be responsible for the cooking stage.
The physical labor of slicing, blanching, plating and making noodles was all done by Nathan Carter and Lin.
Today he made cola chicken wings, steamed eggs with minced meat, and oxtail with tomatoes, potatoes, and the rest were prepared raw meat slices and vegetables and fruits, making a shabu-shabu hotpot.
Lin and others shouted: "Brother! Let's move that small grill up here, so we can cook hot pot on one half and grill the other half!"
Adrian Lee sighed: "If you want to eat, just make it yourself. I don't want to move. The fumes are hard to clean up."
