Ethan Du subconsciously closed his eyes the moment he crashed into the tower. When he opened his eyes again, he and Nathan had arrived in a completely different space.
This is a spacious circular hall, about the size of half a football field. There are seTessal stone platforms around the hall, like some pedestals. At 12 o'clock is a huge light gate, and the not-so-bright light blocks the situation inside. Except for the light gate, there is no entrance or exit in the entire hall. The light gate should be the entrance to the first floor of the God Tower. The circular hall is crowded with people. Ethan Du glanced at it and felt that there were too many people to squeeze in. But even if the Thunder Legion behind had come in, the whole hall was still in a state where it was just crowded and one more person would be crowded---and so on. Ethan Du realized something was wrong at this time. There were people in front, behind, left and right, but there was no physical contact. Even the feeling of Nathan holding him before disappeared without knowing when.
Ethan Du looked at Nathan and found that Nathan did not let go of him. Nathan stood beside Ethan Du, and stretched out his hand as if to touch Ethan Du. His hand was not like a physical body passing through a virtual body and could not touch a person. Instead, the two of them were not in the same space at all. Although they looked very close, the space was infinitely extended and misplaced.
Nathan frowned. He didn't like this feeling. Ethan Du was right in front of him, but he couldn't catch him.
---Just like how this person has always made him feel.
