The commotion caused by the leopard soon subsided. The buffaloes drank the water and left one after another. Only one pregnant female buffalo fell behind. The continuous fright made her feel very uncomfortable. But she had to keep up with the other buffaloes. Before evening, the buffalo herds would go to higher pastures, where the temperature at night would be higher and relatively safe.
The departure of the buffalo herd was a good thing for Rojo. After all, no more buffalo would rush out and drive him away from the gazelle carcass. However, there is a leopard in front of us, which may be more difficult to deal with than the buffalo.
As Monty got closer and closer, Rojo's heartbeat began to soar. He believed that it was caused by the gazelle he had just captured. As for other reasons, Rojo firmly refused to admit it!
Monty dragged the gazelle that he had snatched from the mouth of another leopard to Rojo, only to find that the cheetah had caught another one.
