Rojo stayed in the leopard's territory for five days. During this period, Monty the leopard fulfilled his promise and treated Rojo very well, so much that it made Rojo's hair stand on end and made him feel a lot of pressure.
Rojo was hungry, so Monty went to catch the prey, drag it back and feed it.
The vultures and jackals were fighting for food, and Monty chased them and killed a jackal for lunch. Looking at Monty chewing the jackal's bones until they cracked, Rojo completely understood why his follower was a jackal, while the one who had the guts to follow a leopard was a hyena. After all, hyenas are the only ones who don’t have to worry about leopards turning around and biting them at any time, just chew and swallow.
The consensus is that hyena meat is unpalatable and completely inedible.
