Ge Zhaohuang was born in Heyuan County, Guangdong Province. After joining the Fuxing Society, he served as a commissioner at the Huiyang Investigation Office of the Guangdong Anti-Smuggling Bureau.
In 1943, the Military Control Commission sent him to Jiangxi to serve as the captain of the "Jiangxi Independent Action Team", whose mission was to carry out harassment activities in the Japanese-occupied areas.
It turned out that this idiot had his brigade headquarters located in a safe place in Sanshui County, Guangdong. Instead of harassing the Japanese army, he engaged in smuggling activities on a large scale.
When the Japanese surrendered in 1945, Ge Zhaohuang followed others and ran to Guangzhou to take over the territory. However, he was just a small fry and could not compete with others.
It was not until later that he accidentally discovered that there was a Hongmen organization in Guangzhou called "Wuzhou Overseas Chinese Hongmen Southwest Headquarters", which was a traitor organization established by the Japanese puppet regime and had considerable power.
