The incident at the chemical plant was later reviewed and found out. The reason was that the owner of the chemical plant violated fire regulations and piled hazardous chemicals indiscriminately.
The previous fire was caused by chemicals that were not stored properly and ignited due to the interaction. Later, the fire was not checked in time, which made the fire grow bigger and bigger.
