Night City Cinema is indeed the most upscale cinema in City Z. The entire building is a cinema. After entering, there are crystal chandeliers and European-style decorations everywhere. It doesn't look like a cinema at all, but more like a castle. Even the ticket counter is more exquisite and grand than other places.
